A two day course providing
hands on powerboat instruction plus classes in theoretical
seamanship.
The Course is intended to benefit those with no previous
experience of handling a boat of any description, and will
provide the candidate with the theoretical and practical
know-how to safely take charge of a small planning craft in tidal conditions.
The course culminates in a short practical test together
with an assessment of the candidate’s theoretical
knowledge. Successful candidates will be issued with the RYA National
Powerboat Level 2 Certificate.
